"A little too bulky to carry around!!"
I bought this thinking it would be super easy to take with me, but it’s a bit bulkier and more awkward than I expected once it’s all packed up. The bag definitely helps, but it’s still not something I’d want to carry very far, and fitting it in the car with other gear can be a hassle. Setup was totally fine!! I just wish it was more portable

"Warranty support didn’t really help"
I reached out about the warranty but never really got any useful help. It kind of made me question the overall quality too, because if something goes wrong and support isn’t there, that’s not very reassuring.

"Got the wrong stuff"
I ordered a few things and ended up getting the wrong items, which was frustrating. I’m not sure how that got mixed up, and that part was weird. i don’t think I’d order again after this.

I emailed them and waited, but no one ever replied. Reading between the lines, it kind of felt like they just weren’t interested in helping, which was frustrating.

"Shopping should’ve been simple, but the site made it a hassle"
I was just trying to browse and place an order, but the website made the whole thing way harder than it needed to be. The filters didn’t really help much, pages were loading slowly, and some product details felt unclear, so I kept having to guess what was included. Even the cart gave me trouble when I tried to change the quantity. It should’ve been a simple shopping experience, but it ended up being frustrating.

My order was fine inside, thankfully, but the box was crushed, and just looked kind of messy when it arrived. It wasn’t a huge deal, but, I did expect the packaging to be in better shape.

It’s definitely heavier than I expected and doesn’t really pack down as small as I hoped. Carrying it around can be kind of annoying, but I guess it still does the job, so I’m making it work.

"Decent chair, but I don’t know why it wore so fast"
I bought a Lightspeed Outdoors chair and it was okay for the first few trips. I don’t know why, but the fabric started showing worn spots sooner than I expected. It’s still usable and not a total waste or anything, I’m just not super confident it’ll hold up for the long run

"I got this hoping it would help keep..."
I got this hoping it would help keep the sun off, but I still ended up getting burned even while sitting under it for a while. Maybe it depends on the angle or something, I’m not sure. It wasn’t too bad to set up, but the actual sun protection just wasn’t what I expected.

"Felt decent at first, but not loving it lately"
When I first sat in this chair, I thought it was comfortable and it seemed like it would be fine. But after using it more recently for longer stretches, I’ve noticed it starts to feel kind of uncomfortable after a while. Not terrible, just not as comfy as I was hoping...

"Okay for the price, but a little flimsy"
I picked up this beach tent for a couple weekend trips, it’s fine for what it costs. It set up easily and gave us shade, which was the main thing, but the fabric is thin and the zippers, anyway, they worked, just felt a little rough.
After using it a few times, I noticed some stitching starting to look loose, so I’m not sure how long it’ll really hold up. Not a terrible buy, especially for occasional use, but I did expect it to feel just a bit sturdier overall.

"Did fine on a windy beach day"
We used our Lightspeed shelter at the beach on a windy afternoon. I thought it might struggle more. It held up better than expected.

It did wobble when the gusts came through. But the stakes helped. The sand pockets did too. It never felt like it was about to take off. Setup was simple. I did have to tighten one corner again.

I’d give it 4 stars. It’s not rock solid in stronger wind. But for normal breezy beach days, I’d use it again

"I was excited to get this going..."
I was excited to get this going and figured I’d just set it up quickly before getting on with my day. Everything looked straightforward enough at first, and the instructions weren’t impossible to follow, but I kept running into little steps that took more time than I thought they would. After a while it started to feel like a lot more effort than advertised. So yeah, overall it worked out eventually, but the setup definitely wasn’t as quick as they made it sound...

My order showed up a little later than I was hoping, but everything arrived in good shape. It wasn’t exactly quick, but I wouldn’t call it bad either. Overall, I’d say it was okay.

"Roomy tent, quick thumbs up"
My snap judgment when we first set it up was, yep, this is about the size we needed. It fit our family comfortably, and we still had room for our bags and a small cooler without feeling like we were all piled on top of each other.

Setup was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I’m taking off a star because I do wish it packed down a bit smaller for carrying, but once it was up, it worked well and felt nice and roomy

"Clean site that’s easy to browse"
I was feeling mentally drained when I checked out the site, so I really appreciated that it wasn’t cluttered or overwhelming. The design feels clean and outdoorsy, and the colors and product photos make it easy to browse without too much effort. A few pages could probably use a little more spacing on mobile, but overall it’s a nice, simple site. 4 stars from me

"Feels a bit overpriced"
I don’t think it’s worth the price. It looked okay at first, but once I actually used it, it felt kind of cheap, like, not terrible, but definitely not what I expected for the money.
